Miami International Airport
We’ve unveiled our stunning new lounge at Miami International Airport, a space where British elegance meets Miami soul.
Spanning 13,000 square feet and welcoming over 220 guests, it’s now our largest lounge outside London.
Developed in partnership with award-winning global design firm Gensler, it combines our unmistakable identity with the iconic Art Deco architecture of The Magic City.
The result? A design marvel delivering all the sophistication of a member’s club, which inspires from the moment you arrive.

Bar with a view
The lounge’s focal point is a full-service bar with sweeping runway views. Designed to change with the day, it’s bright and welcoming for daytime travellers, then transforms into a sophisticated, mood-lit space by evening, offering the perfect setting to sip a signature cocktail.
Food and drink
Enjoy a self-serve dining area offering seasonal Miami dishes with a British twist. Think papaya-kale salad, Florida pompano and Scottish smoked salmon. The changing menu highlights local produce, while bartenders serve classic cocktails and mocktails, including the signature BA 175 and Prickly Margarita.
A feat of design
Blending British charm with Miami flair, the lounge features rich wood finishes, Art Deco touches and grand arches. And we’ve added a splash of Miami culture too, showcasing local artwork through our partnership with Miami-Dade’s Art in Public Places programme.
Relax in style
Our Miami lounge features five distinct zones, including a welcoming bar, main dining area, focus pods, a ‘sunken’ central lounge and exclusive Concorde Dining. Group seating surrounds the bar, while quieter corners offer a retreat for those seeking a bit of calm.

Whether you're catching up on emails or winding down before take-off, our Miami lounge is designed for comfort. Step into one of our two luxurious shower suites or explore the vibrant, striped washrooms, each inspired by Miami’s iconic deck chairs and coastal charm.
Private areas
Need a moment of focus or calm? Our five enclosed pods offer a private sanctuary to work, take calls, or simply unwind in peace. Designed for comfort and quiet, they’re your personal retreat in the heart of the lounge.
Look up moments
Keep an eye out for the subtle motifs and playful reveals we’ve added throughout our lounge. Among them is the abstract floor mural in the entrance portal. Look up to see the words ‘London Calling’ reflected in the mirrored ceiling - a nod to our home and your next destination.
A story in every detail
Look closely around the bar and you’ll spot beautiful bespoke tiling, an abstract take on the iconic British Airways speedmarque. Even the tabletops tell a story, crafted from repurposed classic uniforms.
Concorde Dining
Guests travelling in First can enjoy à la carte dining in the exclusive Concorde Dining area. Alongside table service, the menu features a curated wine list and dishes like wagyu beef, and roasted scallops with Osetra caviar, black garlic beurre fondue and yucca purée.
Our luxury lounge takes off in Dubai
We’re delighted to open the doors of our brand-new lounge at Dubai International Airport, a stunning sanctuary in the heart of one of the world’s busiest travel hubs.
As one of the latest additions to our network of 20 global lounges and 140 partner lounges, this space reimagines airport hospitality with a striking global design concept. Blending contemporary British elegance with local influences, it’s the perfect place to pause, recharge and indulge.
Step into a world of comfort with modern seating, bespoke Concorde Dining served à la carte, refreshing showers, and a full-service bar.
Even our menus are thoughtfully curated to blend locally-inspired dishes with beloved British favourites. That’s why you’ll find a Middle Eastern delicacy like Umm Ali served alongside Eton Mess, or Nyetimber’s award-winning English sparkling wine poured beside the world’s finest Champagne.
